Steven Founder of
Umbach Consulting Group, he directs all UCG projects and is the core contributor on many. Steven is an award-winning
designer with previous experience as design department manager, senior design director, and marketing manager for various
national and global corporations. He holds a degree in industrial design from the Rhode Island School of Design and
a MBA in management from Georgia Tech. He has published many articles on design and design management and has taught
for 5 years at the University of Houston in the Industrial Design department.

Lisa Serves as the Office Manager for Umbach Consulting
Group since its founding. Lisa brings years of accounting firm professional practice experience and also finds time
to teach high school algebra! With her help, we are able to better focus on the client’s project work instead
of all those distracting tasks required to run a small business. Lisa has an Economics degree from UCLA.
